"I recently transferred to Katie Farthing State Farm in February Now in July the jeep had an accident with a deer From my first call to State Farm, I received nothing but great service. Pleasant reassuring responses that made this process non tramatic. Any time, there is an accident, it is horrifying. We were not experienced in the process and Katie’s office was great. "I want to say there is nothing like having an actual person you can speak with instead of a call center rep. Great customer service is what you will get here. They have been a pleasure to do business with, and im so glad I made the switch for both home and auto. They saved me an extra 40 dollars a month on my car insurance which is huge because I was already "supposed" to be getting the lowest rate out there!
