I want to say there is nothing like having an actual person you can speak with instead of a call center rep. Great customer service is what you will get here. They have been a pleasure to do business with, and im so glad I made the switch for both home and auto. They saved me an extra 40 dollars a month on my car insurance which is huge because I was already "supposed" to be getting the lowest rate out there!
